B2B Sales Representative (f/m/x)

About the position

Our agile team is looking for a dynamic B2B sales enthusiast, who will build and maintain lasting partnerships for our new brand.
Banbutsu aims to connect products, services and customers at the right moment and provide the best possible experience while doing so. With the aid of AI, cloud technology and data we make those connections possible.
The result is a platform that can function as a cross-industry marketplace with almost limitless potential. One of those solutions is banbutsu-courier, which connects local retail, e-commerce and fastest, cheapest and most sustainable mobility and courier providers.

Your role

As our B2B Sales Representative, you'll identify potential partners and clients for Banbutsu across Germany and build and maintain lasting  relationships via phone and on-site. With your understanding of factors like buyer profile and the activities of your lead, you're able to make the call on whether to pursue them.

  • Manage the B2B sales pipeline and source leads
  • Proactively develop sales strategies and assist juniors
  • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
  • Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Banbutsus and its features to potential partners
  • Set demo session with the potential customer to convert
  • Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information

Your profile

So, we reckon you're probably a sales expert with the skills to identify new leads. On top,  ou have excellent communication and interpersonal skills which makes for example giving pitches and presentations easy and fun for you. You can work both independently as well as in a team. 
But can we also count on you for:
  • 2+ years experience in B2B Sales roles
  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly and successfully qualify a lead
  • You are ideally located in Munich or Berlin
  • Understanding of how to onboard new partners
